Services
Suresite provides web design services, including pre-defined packages (Starter, Standard, Pro, E-Commerce), monthly Care Plans, and optional Add-On services. All websites are built with WordPress and tailored to the client’s business needs.

Project Scope
Each package clearly defines what is included. Additional features or changes outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Clients are responsible for:
             Providing content (text, images, logos) unless the Copywriting or Branding add-ons are purchased.
             Approving design drafts and supplying feedback in a timely manner.

Payment Terms
             All prices are in GBP (£).
             Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
             Care Plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or WooCommerce.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

In summary:

             Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a full refund.
             Partial refunds may be issued depending on how much work has been completed.
             No refunds are issued once a project is more than 50% complete.
             Monthly Care Plans can be canceled anytime, but partial months are non-refundable.

Delivery & Timelines
We aim to deliver projects on time, typically within:

             1–2 weeks for Starter & Standard packages
             3–4 weeks for Pro & E-Commerce

Timelines depend on prompt client communication and content delivery.

Website Ownership
Once the full project is paid in full and delivered, the client owns the final website. We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

Care Plans
Care Plans include routine maintenance, software updates, backups, and minor edits. They do not cover full redesigns, major development, or content creation unless otherwise stated.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
             Supplying accurate information, timely feedback, and relevant content
             Securing their own hosting and domain (unless otherwise arranged)
             Keeping logins confidential and secure

Limitation of Liability
Suresite is not liable for:
             Losses resulting from third-party service failures (e.g., hosting, plugins)
             Issues arising from client-installed plugins or unauthorized edits

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
