Before Work Begins:
You may cancel your project and request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided no work has started.

After Work Has Begun:
If cancellation occurs after the design process has started:

  • A partial refund may be issued, minus time and work already completed.
  • Projects that are over 50% complete are non-refundable.

Care Plans

  • You may cancel your monthly Care Plan at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for partially used months.

Add-On Services
  • Add-ons (e.g., SEO setup, branding, copywriting) are non-refundable once the service has begun.
  • If the work hasn’t started, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Due to the complexity and higher setup involved, e-commerce packages are subject to a stricter refund policy:

  • If the setup phase has started, only a partial refund may be available.
  • Once product upload and payment integration has been configured, the service is non-refundable.
